PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED due to limited space. Please complete the below form to make your reservation(s). If you have not done so already, complete and submit these forms:

We are meeting Monday & Tuesday from 8:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. and Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.

• Each member must bring their own lunch.
• A microwave is available onsite.
• Check-in begins at 8:30 A.M.
• Members must not arrive before 8:30 A.M. as there is no onsite supervision or staff before 8:30 A.M.
• Pick-up ends at 3:30 P.M. for day session and 7:00 P.M. for night sessions. All members must be picked up prior to that time. Please see our Late Pick-Up Policy below.
• We continue to sanitize our room and tables regularly. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes are available to members.

Fees and Payments

2024 Fee Schedule

• Effective March 1, 2025:
• 8:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Monday-Tuesday
• $20 per day
• $60 per week
• $250 per calendar month (includes all hours of operation)
• 3:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Wednesday-Friday
• $10 per night
• $25 night weekly
• 5% late payment fee

Wednesday - Friday
8:30 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Monthly payments are due three (3) business days before the start of the month.
Weekly payments are due Thursday of the week prior to the week of attendance.
Daily payments are due 48 hours prior to the day of attendance.

You must pre-pay in advance and reserve attendance for the day(s). There are no refunds, other than for documented medical reasons. For other extenuating circumstances, claims must be submitted in writing to our board within 30 days of desired refund by emailing [email protected] or via U.S. Mail at:

Late Pick-Up Policy

Pickup is no later than 3:30 P.M. Monday - Tuesday and 7:00 P.M. Wednesday-Friday. There is a 15 minute grace period for pickup. After 3:45 P.M./7:15 P.M., there is a charge of $10 for every full five (5) minute or partial five (5) minute period late up to sixty (60) minutes late. At sixty (60) minutes (4:45 P.M./8:15 P.M.), Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) will be contacted.

Late pickup charges can be paid in cash, check, or credit card online. Late pickup charges must be paid in full within 72 hours or the member cannot reenter the program. Chronic late pickup will result in suspension of access to the center and its programs.
