PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED due to limited space. Please complete the below form to make your reservation(s). If you have not done so already, complete and submit these forms:

We are meeting Monday-Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

• Each member must bring their own lunch.
• A microwave is available onsite.
• Check-in begins at 9:00 A.M..
• Members must not arrive before 9:00 A.M. as there is no onsite supervision or staff before 9:00 A.M..
• Pick-up ends at 2:00 P.M. All members must be picked up prior to 2:00 P.M.. Please see our Late Pick-Up Policy below.
• We will be sanitizing our room and tables regularly. Each member will have their own kit of supplies that will not be shared. Included will be hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for their use. Masks and gloves will both be available.

Fees and Payments

2023 Fee Schedule

• $15 per day
• $50 per week
• $200 per calendar month
• 5% late payment fee

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday
9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

Monthly payments are due three (3) business days before the start of the month.
Weekly payments are due Thursday of the week prior to the week of attendance.
Daily payments are due 48 hours prior to the day of attendance.

You must pre-pay in advance and reserve attendance for the day(s). There are no refunds, other than for documented medical reasons. For other extenuating circumstances, claims must be submitted in writing to our board within 30 days of desired refund by emailing [email protected] or via U.S. Mail at:

Late Pick-Up Policy

Pickup is no later than 2:00 P.M. daily. There is a 15 minute grace period for pickup. After 2:15 P.M., there is a charge of $10 for every full five (5) minute or partial five (5) minute period late up to sixty (60) minutes late. At sixty (60) minutes (3:15 P.M.), Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) will be contacted.

Late pickup charges can be paid in cash, check, or credit card online. Late pickup charges must be paid in full within 72 hours or the member cannot reenter the program. Chronic late pickup will result in suspension of access to the center and its programs.
